North America, Europe and other developed countries have already experienced the process of pollution control. In contrast, there are still some problems in waste gas purification and control in China. If effective organic waste gas control cannot be achieved, it is likely to hinder the sustainable development of industrial enterprises. Therefore, the treatment and recovery of organic waste gas is very important. However, after all this talk, what gases does organic waste gas treatment contain?


1. Paint exhaust


The main components are acetone, toluene, butanol, toluene, ethyl acetate, butyl acetate and other volatile organic compounds. This paint spraying waste gas mainly exists in the industries that need paint spraying. 2. Plastic waste gas


The main reason for producing plastic waste gas is the polymer monomer volatilized from particles such as plastic after heating. Because the composition of plastic is more complex, there are more components in the waste gas, but usually the concentration is low and the air volume is large. 3. Chemical organic waste gas


Some chemical enterprises will produce some industrial waste gas due to production needs, and the composition of the waste gas has a great relationship with the type of chemical products designed and produced by the enterprise. Generally, when organic waste gas treatment is carried out, chemical enterprises generally use condensation recovery method and catalytic combustion method to purify and recover chemical organic waste gas.


4. Pharmaceutical waste gas


The waste gas in the pharmaceutical industry is complex, and the process of different products is quite different. There are also different conditions for the same kind of products. The better way is to design a specific waste gas treatment scheme according to the current situation to ensure that the exhaust gas reaches the standard.


5. Waste gas from packaging and printing


The use of a large number of solvent based raw and auxiliary materials will be involved in the printing, pre printing and post printing processes, such as solvent volatilization in the ink mixing process, ink solvent volatilization in the printing process, drying stage, composite process and equipment cleaning process, including organic solvents such as ink, fountain solution, cleaning agent, adhesive, coating fluid, diluent, etc. Benzene series solvents are widely used in domestic packaging and printing industry.


In addition to the above mentioned spray paint waste gas, plastic waste gas, chemical organic waste gas, pharmaceutical waste gas, packaging and printing waste gas, organic waste gas also includes stereotyped waste gas, rubber tire waste gas and other types of organic waste gas in the chemical fiber industry. The causes and components of these types of organic waste gas are different, so the organic waste gas treatment methods that need to be adopted are also different. Therefore, in practice, it is necessary to adjust measures to local conditions to ensure that the economic benefits of enterprises can be improved while also ensuring environmental benefits.
