Zeolite molecular sieve Preparation method of
Hydrothermal and solvothermal synthesis
The hydrothermal synthesis method is to disperse the precursor of synthetic zeolite in water (solvent) solution in advance, and then form zeolite through nucleation, growth, crystallization and other processes under certain temperature and autogenous pressure.
Gas phase synthesis
The vapor phase synthesis method is to prepare the precursor of molecular sieve without template into dry gel, and then convert it into molecular sieve through a certain temperature under the atmosphere of a small amount of water and organic amine as liquid components.
Dry gel method
The dry gel method is to fully mix a certain amount of zeolite synthesis raw materials, template and deionized water, filter and wash them to obtain amorphous gel, dry them into dry powder after gel formation, and then complete the synthesis under the atmosphere of water vapor.
Iontophoresis
Ionic thermal synthesis method uses ionic liquid or eutectic mixture as the solvent and template for synthesis reaction at the same time. The principle of this method is the same as that of hydrothermal synthesis method.
