1. The production process of molecular sieve raw powder mainly includes five stages: preparation, synthesis, aging and crystallization of sodium aluminate, separation and washing of mother liquor, drying and packaging. Preparation of sodium aluminate: add a certain amount of liquid alkali or steam mother in the reaction kettle, heat it to the preparation temperature under stirring, and then add aluminum hydroxide at a certain temperature. The aluminum hydroxide solution is prepared under the condition of preparing sodium aluminate. After the preparation, add a certain amount of mother liquor to adjust the concentration of sodium aluminate solution, so as to meet the raw material requirements of the raw material powder of the product in the synthesis process. The two-step filtered sodium aluminate solution is used to synthesize the raw material powder of molecular sieve.


2. Synthesis: There are 6 substances in the synthesis section, which are liquid alkali, sodium aluminate, mother liquor, sodium silicate, water and guiding agent. According to the production process ratio, six materials are added into the synthesis tank, and the reaction is stirred for about 1 hour. The raw material powder of this product has the skeleton characteristics of molecular sieve, but the channel is full of a large number of water molecules, so it cannot be used directly. Only most of the water in the channel is left by the high temperature. After drainage, it can be used to adsorb other molecules.


3. Aging and crystallization: after mixing the slurry in the synthesis tank with molecular sieve, pump it into the crystallization tank, heat it with steam under mixing, and control the heating temperature, aging and crystallization time according to the process requirements. Stir the effluent into the buffer tank.

4. Separation and washing of mother liquor: separate the slurry solid-liquid through the filter to collect the filtrate. Air pressure washing and dehydration. When the water reaches 30-32% of the attached water, the air pressure stops and the filter cake enters the filter cake turnover bin.
