1. Pulverized coal configuration:

7. Carbonization and activation:

With inert gas as protective gas, heat it to 600-800 ℃ at the heating rate of 3-5 ℃/min, and carbonize it for 2-3 hours at this temperature; Then, according to the heating rate of 5-15 ℃/min, the temperature is raised to 750-850 ℃, steam is activated for 3-15 hours, and coal honeycomb activated carbon is made through multiple processes.
