1. Extruded molecular sieve honeycomb catalyst and its preparation method are characterized in that the specific steps are as follows:


(1) Preparation of mud body: clay, molecular sieve, mullite fiber, cellulose, high-temperature binder, lubricant, plasticizer and water are put into a mixer according to a certain mass ratio for mixing and kneading mud for 4~8h to obtain mud body; Put the mud into the vacuum mud refiner for refining for 1~4h, take it out and wrap it with plastic film, and put it into the cool and humid air for aging for 20~24h to make mud;


(2) Finalization of honeycomb ceramic body: Put the decayed mud body into the extrusion molding machine for extrusion, the extrusion pressure is 23Mpa, and use molybdenum wire to cut the honeycomb ceramic wet body; After extrusion, the green body is quickly put into the microwave heating condition, and is subject to shaping drying treatment and end face processing at 95 ℃~115 ℃.) The green body is calcined at 550~580 ℃ for 3~5h;


(3) Preparation of honeycomb catalyst a. Dissolve a certain amount of copper salt, iron salt, metal promoter salt and ammonium carbamate in deionized water, stir and dissolve to obtain active solution; b. Suspend the shaped honeycomb ceramic body in (2) in the active solution at 45~60 ℃, soak for 5~10min, take it out, blow away the residual liquid on the surface with purge gas, and dry it in the oven at 85~110 ℃. Repeat this process for many times, and calcine it at 450 ℃~530 ℃ for 1~3h to get the finished honeycomb catalyst.
