When using hot air regeneration, for Activated carbon And activated carbon fiber adsorbent, the hot gas flow temperature should be lower than 120 ℃; When flammable gases such as ketones are contained, hot air regeneration is not allowed. The concentration of organic matter in the gas stream after desorption shall be strictly controlled below 25% of the lower explosive limit. During regeneration of adsorbent, when the specified temperature is exceeded, it shall be able to automatically alarm and immediately start the cooling device.
The adsorbent regenerated at high temperature shall be used after cooling down.
The following safety measures shall be taken during adsorption and regeneration:
During the period of adsorption operation, the temperature in the adsorption bed after adsorption of organic gas should be lower than 83 ℃. When the temperature in the adsorption device exceeds 83 ℃, it shall automatically alarm and immediately start the cooling device.
The catalytic combustion or high-temperature incineration device shall be insulated as a whole, and the external surface temperature shall be lower than 60 ℃.
During the operation of facilities, attention shall be paid to the establishment of a record system, which mainly includes:
a) Start and stop time of treatment device;
b) Quality analysis data, purchase quantity, usage quantity and replacement time of adsorbent, filter material, catalyst, absorbent, etc;
c) Operation process control parameters of the treatment device, at least including the inlet and outlet concentration of the treatment device and the temperature in the adsorption device;
d) Maintenance of main equipment;
e) Operation accident and maintenance;
f) Regular inspection, evaluation and evaluation;
g) Sewage discharge and by-product disposal in adsorption recovery process.
